Budgeting Reimagined: Making GL Budget Prep Faster, Easier, and Even Enjoyable

For most finance teams, budget season means a blank spreadsheet, a tight deadline, and a lot of manual guesswork. It doesn't have to. In this session we'll show how ActivityHD's new budgeting tools turn budget preparation into a faster, easier, and genuinely more enjoyable process.
Instead of starting from scratch, the tools do the heavy lifting for you: they analyze years of account history and hand you a smart starting point for every account — telling you which accounts are steady enough to simply roll forward, which need a closer look, and which move together and can be budgeted automatically. When payroll taxes follow wages, or a cost follows revenue, the dependent account calculates itself. A touch of AI helps surface these relationships and explain its reasoning — but you stay firmly in control, reviewing and approving every suggestion before anything is saved.
